Local search makes up a large portion of relevant potential buyer traffic. The local search phenomenon is in full stride at this point and search engines like Google are refining algorithms to index sites of this relevance. Trending recently is such that those little icons associated with a business  when searching a geographically targeted keyword, are showing up before organic SEO. Local Search is an optimization issue that needs to be addressed aggressively and immediately with . Our set-up process will make sure that you are listed on local search engines with the clear details required for indexing impact.

Complete profile creation and optimization: Pricing Varies

In this phase we focus on setting you up with the search engine giants:

By optimizing the major market holders, we can create a platform to build citations upon with third party sites. This will require direct cooperation with your practice to get your listings verified through either the mail or telephone. Once the profiles have been created on the major search engines, we can start to  dominate your local presence. This requires custom research and data gathering within your specific area with an evaluation of your keywords. Third party websites all need to be claimed with a strategy to insure they will not only index, but count as citations within the search engine profiles from Phase One. It is the job of the Local Search Specialist to diagnose the best plan of attack, and claim third party website citations to obtain the best results.

This work is done on a quarterly basis and focuses on one location per quarter. Review Us Online & Strategy:

Once phases one and two have been completed, we will then move to the starting point of the reputation management phase. While this is just a beginning and we have deeper plans and packages available, the next crucial component to online local search presence will begin to be addressed.

An important ranking factor, as well as a huge component of managing your online reputation, is the quality and number of reviews cited in your Google+ Local profile and other high value review sites. We will assist in creating an aggressive review generation campaign to increase the number of reviews cited by Google. We have also developed a reputation management software to help aid this as well.  Alongside educating your staff on how to successfully ask for a review using word of mouth, we have strategies to increase the volume and quality of testimonials. Just like any business, there will be good reviews and bad ones; the key is how you handle them. Utilizing sites such as Yelp, Manta, Merchant Circle, and others specific to your area, we will tailor a campaign using print and viral outlets.

Our approach begins placing more control in your hands in relation to your online reputation. First we will place a call to action button on your home page to direct traffic through your site to review sites that are relevant to your practice and your patients. The call out will either ask a simple question similar to “Were you Happy With Our Service?” or a star rating system. The answer will be divided into two categories, a Positive (a yes or 4 or 5 star rating) and a Negative (a no or 1 – 3 star rating). The Positive option will direct them to a customized review page while the Negative option will direct them to a customized form that will be emailed directly to your practice allowing you to communicate with the unhappy customer. These options allow you to effectively manage your review campaign and respond directly to critiques from your clients.
